Meet The Team

Cheri Johnson

Cheri started Arizona PRN in the Spring of 2008. Having spent years working for others and being involved in several successful startup agencies, she felt it was time to venture out on her own. A graduate from the Eller College of Management, at the University of Arizona, she has a keen business sense and thrives on helping others to find their dream assignments. She enjoys working with travel contracts, and previously worked with International Nurses to help meet the heavy demands in the states. This is an area of nursing she plans to expand back into in the near future. She recently rebranded, changing the company name to “Altra,” which is Irish for nurse.  She has two children, who are both enjoying successful careers of their own. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, casinos and spending time with family and friends.

Taylor Silerio

Taylor Silerio serves as Vice President of Altra Healthcare, bringing over 15 years of experience and dedication to the organization since its inception in 2008. Her journey with Altra has included a diverse range of roles—from Human Resources Director to Recruiter to Account Manager—each shaping her comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique needs of both clients and employees. Taylor went to the University of Arizona and studied Physiology. She has long held a passion for behavioral health, with a strong commitment to supporting and empowering the employees who make Altra’s mission possible. In addition to her work at Altra Healthcare, Taylor is a licensed real estate professional, specializing in luxury and investment properties. She manages this dynamic career with a love for lifelong learning and balance. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her two young children, baking, scuba diving, and traveling. She also shares a love for video games with her husband and is an avid fan of true crime documentaries.

Stephanie Eisma

Stephanie Eisma brings over 15 years of expertise in healthcare staffing, recruitment, and client coordination. She began her career in 2008 as a Staffing Manager in Home Health and went on to spend a decade with AZ PRN from 2013 to 2023, where she refined her leadership and operational skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment. In July 2023, after relocating to Florida, Stephanie rejoined the Altra team with renewed energy and deep industry insight. Originally from the Bay Area and raised in Tucson, Stephanie proudly embraces her Filipino-American heritage and is fluent in both Tagalog and Ilocano. A dynamic multitasker and mom of five, she brings heart and humor to everything she does. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys horror movies, reality TV , and indulging in her love for chocolate chip cookies. She’s also into fit boxing, diamond painting, and is currently diving into the world of sous vide cooking. Stephanie’s vibrant personality, coupled with her dedication and experience, makes her a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues—bringing connection, care, and consistency to every interaction.

Renee Wright

Renee joined the Altra team in fall of 2018 as the Payroll and Accounts Receivable Manager. Coming with 10+ years of Customer Service, Management skills and 2 yrs. of Human Resources and Recruiting experience, she was a perfect addition. Initially joining the Arizona branch, she now works in the Fort Worth, Texas market. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, watching movies, gardening and wrangling her chickens and two children. Though Renee primarily manages payroll, she also plays a key role in staffing and recruitment, supporting the team wherever needed.

Hailey Nezzie

Hailey joined our team in March 2021 and brings 7 years of customer service and administrative experience. She graduated from college as a Medical Assistant and found that she enjoys the back-office job duties and has since  obtained the title of Human Resources Director. As you will soon find out, she is your go to lady for anything regarding credentialing! She will walk you through our onboarding process from start to finish and ensure a smooth start to your next job opportunity. As a born and raised Arizonian she enjoys volunteering, fostering pets, participating in cultural events (Navajo/Diné), and participating in all outdoor activities. She has recently taken on the challenge of competing in triathlons.

Hannah Neville

As a Florida native, Hannah joined the U.S. Air Force in 2020, which took her to Tucson, Arizona, where she worked in aircraft maintenance on C-130Js and served as the Airman 4 Life Program Coordinator – supporting fellow service members through career and life transitions. After completing her military service, Hannah joined Altra as Credentialing Coordinator. Now back in her home state of Florida, she has stepped into her role of Compliance Director. Hannah brings a mission-driven mindset and disciplined work ethic to everything she does, her military experience instilled in her a strong sense of structure, accountability, and attention to detail. Outside of work, Hannah is always on the move—whether she’s at the beach, exploring the outdoors, or keeping up with her lively toddler. She’s a true fan of relaxing movie nights, spontaneous travel, and meaningful time with family. Currently pursuing a degree in Medical Biology, Hannah combines her passion for healthcare with a love of learning, making her a dynamic part of the Altra team.

Rachel Palma

Rachel has been with us since we opened in 2008. She brings over 15 years of experience as an on-call coordinator, as well as staffer. She is a mother of four wonderful kids and is a nonnie of four as well. She is the “go to,” for after hour calls and lives by the motto “Work hard, play harder and live a bit in between.”

How do I get started as a candidate?

Apply by filling out a contact form and uploading your resume, a recruiter or staffer will reach out and work on getting you into your ideal position.

How can I get started as a facility?

Complete a contact form and our account manager will get in touch to go over your needs and how we can help.

How often will I be paid?

Candidates are paid weekly. We offer direct deposit, so no need for paper checks! It should be noted however that direct deposit may take a couple cycles to kick in. In this case, paper checks will be issued.

How soon can I start?

Per Diem applicants can get started in a week or less! Contract applicants typically start within 1-3 weeks of acceptance, pending credentialing.

Who can I talk to outside of office hours?

Although our office is open Monday-Thursday 8a-5p and Friday 8a-4p MST, we do have an on call staffer available during the hours in which the office is closed. The office lines (520)731-8000 and (480)947-4373 are open 24/7.

Do I have to work a certain amount of hours as a per diem candidate?

No! You work as little or as often as you choose.
